Which eReader has the potential to replace textbooks?

Digital Trends crunched the numbers on whether eReaders such as the Kindle, Nook, Kno or the iPad can save you money and back pain from the weight and cost of your expensive college textbooks. Their conclusion?
"The scant textbook selection in e-book libraries will mean that your fancy new reader is more a supplement to your other textbooks than a replacement, and the tiny discount retailers offer for digital books will take years to justify the cost of the hardware. If you just want to get the books you need as cheaply as possible, buy as many of them used as possible, then sell them afterward."
However, the Kno is not mentioned in their review, and seems to address a lot of the functionality issues the author raises, such as writing notes in the margins and highlighting. Regardless, it will still be some time before you can purchase 100% of your required reading via eReader, and the savings are still not huge when you consider that you can’t sell them when you’re done.
